The Seller’s Book: Contains all the resources and guides you need as we progress through selling your home.
Staging Consultation: We hire a Professional Stager to give you an Action Plan based on priority levels.
Storage / Moving Services: Staging your home and living in it at the same time is very difficult. We often have more “clutter” than we think we do. To make it easier, we provide a trailer/storage pod to get these distractions and keepsakes out of the way.
Photo / Video Shoot: We hire a Professional Photographer to perform your choice of a Home Scan or a Theatrical Walkthrough Video of your home to go with your listing and share on social platforms. Also up to 24 high quality (HDR) photos.
MLS Listing: We include all these things with our listings because FindingUtah Realty is truly a Value Brand. In order for us to justify our Value, We REQUIRE your home to be staged (by you or professional), de-cluttered, and ready for photos/video and to be staged/de-cluttered for walkthroughs. We understand this can possibly be a frustration, however if you’re serious about selling your home then know we will be right there with you. Sign / Rider: Rather than providing flyers for curious neighbors, we include a rider for easy information via text. Great for joggers, drive-bys, and yes, your neighbors. Nothing breathtaking, but efficient.
Showing Box: Air fresheners, cookie mixes, marketing materials, feedback forms, etc.
Postcards: 100-300 sent to neighbors, inviting to the Open House.
Open House 2.0: We’ve leveraged this event so that it’s successful before it even starts. I’ll explain it all in your Free Home Consultation!
Social Campaign: Contests, Video, and Ads bring your Home alive…and additional exposure.
Updates / Feedback: With a weekly evaluation, we’re able to determine what’s working and what’s not. Allowing us to decide our next most effective step. Things don’t always go as expected, the need to pivot early and often is key to a successful sale. We combine analytics with buyer feedback to tell a story we can both understand.
Teamwork: We use the “Equity Real Estate” team to pick up the small pieces and keep things on track in order to provide a better service than I could alone. This allows us to provide more value in the Big Picture items.
